The mission of the Charlestown Economic Development Association is to provide economic development services and opportunities to Charlestown that will provide long-term benefits to the community and enhance the future quality of life. Our key focus is above average wages and appropriate equity in land and facilities. CEDA will develop partnerships with the business community to sustain, develop, and expand the Charlestown economy.
As a liaison between business and local government agencies, CEDA provides leadership by exploring business, tourism and community-based opportunities growth and development in the interest of encouraging overall business investment in Charlestown.
CEDA is a private non-profit and non-political organization that promotes public and private initiatives that seek to maintain sound economic objectives. We are aware of the needs of the greater community and entertain projects that are in the best interest of the Charlestown community.
